    Sorry you are having problems. I have run on Win7 Ult x64 with no problems, and my 6040 is currently running on Win 10 Pro.
    Only suggestion I have would be to try a different computer....

    No, but look on aliexpress or Taibao.com (might take VPN/translation).
    Do a search for USB BOB on google and then visit from where the photo came, sometimes works.
