Had the same problem last week. If you get the alarm after turning on
main power and you have not pushed control on.
It is the servo amp. You will have to replace it.
I believe you have exceeded the maximum amount of digits
in your X and Y dimensions.
What type of Daewoo is it? What part of the tool change sequence is it dropping the tools?
Check your servo amps. The one that is not flashing E7 is the one throwing
the alarm. What does the display on that one show?
What kind of machine is it?
Does anyone have parts for a 1986 Citizen F25?
Grid shift amout is probably to high.
9110 is a communications error between the amp and the module.
I believe the spindle amp is showing b0 not 60. Check your cables or it could
be your spindle amp.
You have a tripped circuit breaker.
Watch Dog alarm will also cause this. Are there any LED'S lit on your master pcb?
If you take the tool out of the spindle and in MDI
give it G30Z0 it will put Z at it's second ref.pt.
You can then manually index your tool drum.
I'll have to look at my V35 tomorrow and let you know.
I think Boots is right. Show us some more of the program.
Sounds like your axis has jump a grid. Switch actuator may moved causing it to come off the decel switch later and the axis hits the hard stop before seeing the encoder marker pulse.
What tpye of control do you have?
Is it possible there is a shipping bracket still attached to Z axis?
What alarm message are you getting?
I use a mag base cylinder that i put where i have removed a tool holder. I put a mag base indicator on the guide bushing housing and tram X + & -. If you have a cross drill holder you can do the same...
There are 5 6mm scerws under the number plate on each turret.
Break them loose and you can tap the turret back into alignment.
What do you mean, it doesn't work?
Does it do anything?
Which machine alarm came up?
Try pressing can>origin buttons.
I know on a 3T in edit mode P>can>input.
Not sure on the 6T. Got rid of my last 6T last year.
I agree with dcoupar
I found the problem. The program was precalling the same tool it just put away. Then calling the next tool. Meanwhile the tool change door is open with coolant spraying all over the tool chain. I't...
You might try checking the condition of the motor brushes.
I'm having trouble with my mx2000st.
Once or twice a shift I get AL#2109 Tool Magazine Syncrho
Malfunction. Has anyone else had this? Doosan doesn't even know what it is.
