The only possibility that I see is that you maybe position with g01 before the thread cycle.
So G01 x 40 z5 F2 or so...
Does it jerk before the thread cycle or in rapid traverse in...

The back-up battery has to be in the right switchboard!

There must be a loose cable and the battery is at it.

Important: change the battery only when the machine is off…...

Don’t you have an apprenticeship?

If you don’t, ask the customer who you make the detail for. Maybe he has one for his incoming goods control.
