    There are so many brands and manufacturers, to identify which is good, better you can see real things that is working by yourself before placing an order.

    There are a lot of options, normally they are NC based CNC controller, with build-in software inside, they can do full 3 axis simultaneous machining, or 4 axis or 5 axis and run G-code, just similar...

    If the CNC controller, motors and drivers for the XYZ axis and spindle are all not working well, maybe you can change all of them to new ones, better than repair.
