Thank you Khalid! I knew it was something simple that I was missing. I never noticed that in Mach 2 it was units/sec and Mach 3 was unit/min. That did it.

I did verify all the ports and pins. I was thinking maybe there was some additional setting for Mach 3. The motors make a sound like they are trying to do something, but nothing moves.
