    That looks great, I stopped by a Metrology lab and asked if they could scan a purchased neck for me, they said sure, as long as they could use the file as training. I also gave them a machined neck...

    Thank you for the help, I did a couple more tabs to the head and heel, and will also try cutting the radius first, before the profile to keep it more rigid.

    Constant scallop to rough, surface finish shallow to finish..

    Mine is coming along, after scanned and had it redrawn. Just practice wood of course. Better toolpaths on the rough and finish would be nice, any favorite ones people like?.

    I think it's my model/ wireframe geometry, I just made some radius geometry from scratch, and it cut perfectly. Thank you for the help.

    A subplate and bolt down holes and tool tabs might help, not sure though. Here I have a project with a picture frame an tool tabs, the middle holes are centered, so I just flip it 180 to run the back...

    Thank you, Jeff' It looked like Reconstruction with Poisson would have worked. but it isn't in the newest version of Meshlab. I made it worse trying though, ha ha.
