the pe1 led stands for parity error, if the dip switch 2 procedure does not clear this, did you check the battery on the board? this is the fx84 in the lower card cage? does the ready light come on?...
those are checksum values, you do not need to enter them.
what alarm codes are you getting?
go to diagnostics then wh and set address 66EB9 and set the data value to 00
maybe this will help you out with the transistor checks
if you look on the back of the machine you will see a metal plate with the machine builders name on it, what is that name?
make sure to check your base transistors before powering up or you will have a fireworks show.
ps those resistors on the right hand side of the board do get hot so may be discolored and still be...

try tapping on the top of the caa card and watch the 7 segment display to see if it flickers between different conditions.

I am trying to remember, does the tool need to be zeroed out maybe?
did you zero return the machine first?
most people never had that data, just set the travels to 99. and -99.

did you check the parameters on the drive to see if scrambled?
hopefully right file
here is a diagram of the board, the eproms and eeprom are the chips that need to be swapped.
alarm 12 is a memory error on the sf-ca card.
you just need to swap the card itself, make sure to change the software chips, the eeprom chip and set the jumpers the same way as the original card and...
