    I thought the 25 degree only applied to the one side. If both, then is it 25 degrees off the shoulder. I can redo . No problem

    Not sure that the tool you described will work without overcutting where the radius meets the shoulder. See the red lines in this.

    We have a '95, with the same thing that you have. I'm not at the shop. I think it might use a pressure switch. Tomorrow, i can ask one of the lathe guys what they do if they get that alarm....

    Had someone out to trouble shoot today. Found that the 1030-1c board was dragging down the 12 volt to -1/2 volt, and +4 volts.

    After multiple trips to resolve the issue, Prosound service Rockford Illinois got this lcd retrofit done. Looks great. Highly recommend them if you're in the area..

    Update if anyone is interested. . The 1994 machine has a brake that is external from the motor. Found a coupler had come loose and moved. Repositioned, tightened 2 setscrews. Problem solved.

    Lcd / crt replacement

    We gave a Gpn5a cnc grinder 1985. The crt will work, then go blank . Cycling power will usually bring it back on, until the next time. new monitor is $4700.
