if you still have problem you first need to check if there is any mechanical restriction as follows:

1 Bring turret to safe position.
2 Press E-stop and keep it that way
3 Press E-Stop reset and...

You can try replacing teh relay on the relay board, it could be a "sticky" relay

You will need the complete list of parameters 000 - 8300 also you need the diagnostics
