    Thanks for the reply. I've set the ZdwnRatio to the minimum (0.01) before running the file and changed to a ball cutter which helped. Edge quality is pretty bad but at least it cuts.

    DSP Question

    Going through the DSP settings I noticed there's a ' Read T ' setting with options Enable/Disable. Anyone have any idea what this is for ?

    Note to self: Enable Gcode F after resetting DSP....
