The set up to read Gcode feed rates is done via: Menu - Auto Pro Setup - GCode Read Setup - FRead. Default FRead setting is disable. Button 2 and 6 toggles between disable and enable.

Thanks for the reply. I've set the ZdwnRatio to the minimum (0.01) before running the file and changed to a ball cutter which helped. Edge quality is pretty bad but at least it cuts.

I'm using VCarve files on a 1212 and don't seem to be able to adjust the plunge rate, anyone know if there is a minimum rate from VCarve? Adjusting the rate in VC doesn't seem to have an effect on...

Changing the Spindle settings to 7e didn't have any effect other than give me 5 speed choices on screen, non of which altered the spindle speed.

Size matters. Finally found a generic 1G USB stick that works with the pendant, ...sort of. The USB files are listed but they won't run. It'll show the process screen but confirming it returns to the...

Sounds like we're getting somewhere. I'll check this out next time I fire up the machine.

I'm not an expert in this but have you tried Inner Format (Menu>System Setup>Inner Format). I've done it a couple of times to resolve issues and it seems to work. You'll need to reset all setting...

Never tried them. Don't work with wood much. Today it's aluminum with Onsrud O flute carbides. We do plastics too so its pretty much all Oflutes.

Going through the DSP settings I noticed there's a ' Read T ' setting with options Enable/Disable. Anyone have any idea what this is for ?
