    That makes perfect sense. I like it. I need to do it on the full machine and have some sort of high suction right on next to the tool. using up more of the travel than you are. I like that idea a lot...

    If you find your tormach post in the posts folder you can open it up with notepad ++, In there you can edit a line changing from R Radius calks to I+J calcs.

    I would like to set up a dual boot so I can play with path pilot more.

    Think its possibly to set up a dual boot using a regular install with linux CNC then overwrite the linux install with path...

    I used to run 1mm and just switched to 1/16" endmills. Check out G wizard. For g-10 i think you can go at least 1200mm a min with a 2mm endmill. 1-.5mm DOC.

    Anyone having luck using the passive touch probe. I cant seem to get my work offset set correctly using it. I messed around for a day and put mach back on since I could get it to probe correctly.

    Arc Radius Too Small!

    Just installed path pilot last evening. I was getting my ATC and stuff setup and just threw some code on the machine to see if it would run. Seemed to function ok with my old mach 3/tormach post....

    I have another issue with my spindle coolant line is clogging up inside the spindle. Any tips on cleaning this...

    My probe will find z but sometimes..... No explanation will extend further into the touch probe...
