i run a metal stamping company, my machine are from 5 tons to 250 tons power press. i have a 50 ton hydraulic press machine.
i have this project, i want to make about 50k product each...

i'm stay away fom mitutoyo, compared with tesa like compared beauty (tesa) from the beast (mitutoyo).

what type of machine did you use? i'm using 810D with deckel maho machining center

what about the floppy installation? does it use regular floppy drive?

i had a DMC63V with 840D. it has 2 communication port, floppy disk port ( floppy need power, and i dont know how ti install it and get the power), and IDE PORT (using Laptop...

the material are SS400 or u can call it MildSteel

so, i wanna set up a production line, 1st process come in my mind are face mill the area, 2nd process milling cutter with 30 mm diameter, and 3rd process, 4th process are creating slot, 5th process...

i tried to talk with other machinist in my town, but no one know the efficient process, an my output only 10 pcs/day..what a pitty

are u sure that u plug the cable to the rite com port? does the port is still function? does the parameter u enter to the interface and the coputer is the rite parameter?

the drill condition is fine, there is no hardened material, i can know if there is one...coz i can drill it on manual machine.
