I think I've made it worse. Now all lines are wobbly. I tried tightening belts. That made it too jerky. Then loosened them a bit.

I'm completely out of my element and have customers coming in...

I researched adjusting y access on the machine settings. it seems to make it better on the top but not on the bottom.
any suggestions?
