This machine comes with Mitsubishi NC. I think best you contact local rep to resolve your turret (T) zeroing issue.

Most likely a SL-25M machine with indexable C-axis. Try adjusting the grid shift value till lock pin seat.

Check dgn21.2 for turret clamp fin. After turret pops out, dgn21.2 should turn to "0". If remains as "1", turret rotation is not possible. Proximity switch label as SQ14 or LS14 may be bad. Good Luck!

try change pc parameter K6.7 from "1" to "0"

probably a SMC solenoid valve fault. U can locate this valve at right side of spindle under a rectangular cover. Good Luck!

most probably the ladder is missing. I think this machine w/21TA came with a pcmcia card mends for ladder restoration.

3003 = 01000000 for 10 stations turret or 10000000 for 12 stations...

would you try "M" after power on instead of "L". Placed Sram Card on NC unit's slot not on display unit's slot. Good Luck!

with OS\2 booting-up, most likely a MSG 501 control. After power on and "Mori Seiki" Logo displayed, depress " L " (placed Sram Card in NC slot). Good Luck!
