    Not familiar with the 2linc but use the 9.5" x 14" Pierson Workholding SmartVac II on my 770. Works great! Comes with a venturi to create vacuum.

    Set the machine to running, turn off the shop lights and go home for the night. The hope is that when you return in the morning you have a batch of parts waiting for you.

    Your results are definitely not the best you can do on the Tormach. Generally you need to go much faster and harder but we need to know how you're holding the end mill and stick out from the holder...

    It's 3/4" ... No idea on the price of the inserts or the final price of the Shear Hog, they were doing open house cash and carry sales on some stuff so I paid $219

    Tormach has all of the solid models they've made available at grabcad.com ... just search "Tormach". You'll probably need to create an account on there to download anything but it's free and easy.
