There are two ways to solve your problem.
First,add all comments in your tool library if they are missing,easy way.
Second,change your Post Processor settings refer to X3 Post Processor...

Go to-Settings--Machine Definition Manager--Edit the control definition--Arc--Arc center type --Delta start to center.
