Has anyone ever rebuilt the pneumatic cylinder for ATC, automatic tool changer.
We cleaned it out but it only lasted a couple of months.
Has anyone replace the seals ?
This is on my VMC...

Alarm 441
I am getting this alarm 441 on my VMC Bridgeport 1000 XP3 (Equipped with a Fanuc 18i-MB Control),
Alarm 441: X AXIS Abnormal Current Offset.
Any know what how to fix this?

Bridgeport 1500 / spindle noise
We have a Hardinge/Bridgeport 1500 XP3E.
After a minor crash the spindle started making a pulsating wining noise.
Was wondering if anyone knew what it was and how to correct the problem? -
