Looks like the Door Open switch . With it at "1" it allows you to handwheel the Axes for setting up with the door open .. If its never used them I assume you have overridden the safety interlocks.

Try this lot .Maybe 1 has been missed out somewhere. Ignore the FSSB settings if you have already done that. Ignore 5th Axis parameters also.
