I checked parameter 3102 all bits are set to 0, hence most of the interface screens still in Frensh.

could not find the controller type or even the serial number on the back of he monitor, I need to open the cabinet maybe to check inside

unfortunately, Machine without manuals or any book, this is what makes it harder to manage it :(

This message is cased bay many reasons, but what you can check is the Fuses and the circuit breaker inside the Main Fanuc system Box at the back side of the machine.
