    as far as i remember.. steppers generate less torque the faster they turn, eventually not enough power to turn..

    might be easier to pick up an integrated voltage regulator, like a 7812, small size, and pop it onto a small heat sink... cheap and readily available, no calculations required...:)

    'regeneration' isn't required with calcium...

    'regeneration' isn't required with calcium chloride...not the same as silica beads or gel..it will saturate and drip off...
    I've had the same bag in a small area that I store firearms in..
