Just to report back, I have taken the advice and reduced my accel. to half of what it was and ran many hours without trouble.:)
My machine can 'straight line' accelerate all 3 axis much faster...

Use Deskengrave, free download program to generate the text as g code or dxf. Do the text with another hit or maybe import it...
