I tried but its so tightly in, is there a trick to removing it?
Once removed is the shaft the so called 5mm shaft?
Is there a name for the coupler to connect it to other devices?

I searched but the sites are sketchy on details, also laser motors have those angled teeth. If you know of sites or plans on making a CNC with steppers please detail here.
