The black wires on the two connectors go side by side in the middle.
It kill the cutting fluid pump on our Arrow 1000/A2100 as well. Found that out the hard way, some dummy pushed the button on the pendent by accident then told me the pump was broke. Wasted two hours...
We got ours from Fives.
Did you check the basics like the belts and the proximity sensor on the pulley?
What kind of drives do you have, Siemens, Kollmorgen? I've seen Siemens drives where the solder joints on the big SCRs were arced out causing intermittent connections.
Found Siemens fan part# from Digi-key, 381-2368-ND $31.50 back in April 2014 40mm x 40mm x25mm
The Siemens drives on our Arrow 500 and the Mitsubishi drives on our Mazak 200 lathe poke through the back of the cabinet so the fans and heat sinks are outside. On the Arrow 500 at least you can...
part # 70K9513 at Newark Electronics, $55.50 back in Jan.
Hi Pete, I live in PSL. Welcome, lots of 3-3-2 houses w/ 2car here. Call Kitty Bucek at B&B realty, she's old but she knows this town like nobody else.
That would be Mark Nichols at MAG, or rather Fives Group since they bought MAG. He can e-mail you the files. He's at [email protected]
If it's the same as our 1999 Arrow then the door lock has a ten wire cable connected to it. Two wires each for the four plunger type switches and two more for the release solenoid. The cable and the...
In my experience inverter drives have plenty of power at low rpms.
On our 1997 model the X &Y over travel switches are normally closed mechanical limit switches. When an operator shuts off the machine after cleaning with one of them tripped I jump the switch at the...
By the way, if you under clock the real-time board the sensor adjustment of the once per pocket circuit becomes twice as critical.

This is the actual part, Fives sells it as part# H-1000734 for $48.00

First, are we talking about an A2100 control? Second, does the power supply fan run when you hit the start button? Third, if you want to try swapping RAM you're going to need ancient "fast page" RAM,...
You spent over $500 to send a $50 power supply on vacation to England? I buy Athena power supplies for around $30. Next time test it yourself, it only puts out 5V and 12V, red wires are 5V and yellow...
You can flash the mother boards yourself, I've done it before but you'll need an old style ISA video card, floppy drive, keyboard and power supply. Mark Nichols at MAG sent me the files to do it with...
Both our Arrow 500 and Arrow 1000 were made in England, I feel sorry for the English too.
The CRT died in our Arrow 500 (A2100,1998 model I think) but the touch screen was the strap-on type that just sits in front of the picture tube. I just bought a 12 inch flat screen monitor which was...
I got sick of stupid battery issues a couple of weeks ago, so I grabbed two coin battery sockets from the stock room and soldered 6 inch pigtail leads to them. Then I tack soldered the leads to the...
I meant the single phase control transformer inside the control cabinet. In ours the primary is 400v and the secondary is 230v. Our machine is connected to 240v 3phase main, then the dog house size...
Find the large transformer in the control cabinet and look at the primary connections, it should have a chart showing jumpers for different voltages. Compare (but don't change) the chart to the...
Did you look for faults on the Siemens rack (611 Simodrive) in the control panel ? Look for drives that don't say "run" and push the lit (red) reset button, don't jam the button behind the panel...
They're always enough on our Arrow 500 and Arrow 1000. Just watch out for two digit #s, The 1 & 2 for a wire #12 can be an inch apart making you think you've got wire 1 or wire 2 when you've got 21...
Here are the underclock instruction if anyone else wants them. It still sounds like a dried out heatsink to me.
Remove the heatsink from the processor chip and clean off the dried out heatsink grease. Re-grease and re-install the heatsink. This clears up all kinds of weird problems. I Added a fan as well....
We had those exact errors on our A2100 Arrow 500 last year. I pulled the realtime (right side) mother board to check the ram connections since page fault is a ram (memory) error term. I usually clean...
