Good day,
Voltage was good.
No just some "Russian" looking characters.
Motion mechanic still show the same errors.
Parameter error 52 59
ISP stack error 46 in 'drop'
My voltmeter reads 5.01v at the leads at the block on the control board.
Also the board has all green lights. The VFD seems off and has no lights .
Good day,
Do you mean the supply voltage? It is 5.01v. It was at 5.06v and i turned it down.
Or did you mean something else?
Thank you
Good day folks,
I picked up a used multicam a few weeks ago. It had a few gremlins at first, but has been running well.
Today I went to turn on and got a few errors.

Good day folks.
I am trying finally getting enough business to justify a CNC build. I do a lot of 3/4 Baltic birch. So I need a machine that can be built to a 5x5 cut area.
I have been...
Would I need to get a separate breakout board? I am guessing I would also need a second printer port or look into USB connection, like the smooth stepper. Should I just get a 5 axis breakout board...
Good day folks,
I am hoping to start doing a KRM build in the new year. I am thinking of doing a mod like this poster:...
So we were able to get a bit like you described in(CNC V Groove Miter Fold & Signmaking Insert Router Bit by Amana Tool). It worked great in terms of cutting, 8.89M/min at 18k I believe. But our...
Well the bit was already purchased. 1/2 inch shank, but 2 flutes. Im more worried about breaking the bit then the wear. We have a one off job of folding, so sending in for sharpening isn't going...
Ill be using a 6-8hp router on a flat suction table. I think the tip comes to about .5 to 1 mm flat, maybe a bit more. I tried a few tests at 3 passes and 5M/min, worked fine, but like to speed up,...
Good day,
I am having trouble finding info on how to calculate a feed rate for a v-bit.
I have a 44.5mm(1.75") diameter V-bit ill be using to to do folds in 3/4 mdf. I was thinking of doing...
Hey folks, hope I am posting this in the right forum.
So the basic question is:
How can I calculate the new centre of an arc or express it parametrically given I have the old centre and the...
I tried David's using my cellphone camera. Not bad considering I had to point a laser through a wine glass stem. So I am going to spend the 5$ :P and buy a line laser from DX.com . Kind of sad now...
Good day folks,
I originally posted some time ago about wanting to build 3 or 4 axis router. Just my luck my work decided to buy a new 5x12 and we are just going to leave our old biesse rover off...
Not quite the one I was looking for Atwood. This one had the 3d dinosaur puzzles. It started with a weird font based file transfer post, but the remainder were really solid files. Wish I had...
Hey folks,
Nothing crazy, I just remember awhile back seeing a thread for a 3d puzzle exchange on here. It had a bunch of the dinosaurs and such things being passed around. I can't seem to find...
I need 10" tubing. The drop downs and such are already in place. They work great, and have been for the last ten years. The flex tube that was in place has just aged out and cracked.
Not sure of the specs. It's one of those giant outdoor ones you see on industrial cabinetmakers, as we are a giant industrial kitchen place :P
This is for a Biesse Rover. They carry the part but...
Good day folks,
I am having trouble finding a dust collector hose for our big CNC at work. We need 10in flexible hosing. The only hose we seem to be able to find atm is this:
Leaf Collection...
So I have spent some time trying to design from scratch, and something better I liked. In the end I was building a monster of a machine with a very small cutting area. One day I may revisit what I...
Question about the drivers as I may need 5 axis effectively. Would it be best to buy a G540 and a second G250 and some sort of breakout board for the second unit? Or 5 G250s and a breakout board...
Thanks for help so far guy! :)
Did a quick sketch this afternoon before reading responses. I went with a fixed gantry design. The long base is looking clunky but I guess that would be expected. ...
Good day and happy Easter/Passover!
I am starting to research a new build and hoping I can get some links and suggestions from the community.
