    In the back cabinet aaaaallllll the way down on the left side bottom are 2 fuses. One is a 250v MDA-6 ceramic time delay. YEP...that's the one.

    Was running good and then out of nowhere.....poop.
    Spindle still runs but lost everything on the control panel. Just went dark on me in the middle of a simple program.

    When I start the machine up I usually leave it sit and warm up a bit before I start moving any axis around.
    Lately it seems like It's taking longer to "straighten"...

    If I'm understanding you correctly, no your machine should not arbitrarily change coordinates when you "load" a file. It should remain at where ever your home is before you load any files to be run....
