I have Traub TNS 30/42, I bought it with disconnected electronic cabinet and machine, Many cables were interrupted... I have wiring diagrams for traub TNS 30D, and TNS 42 and recovered...

I received sensor, replaced old one with new and there is no more EOCA error after start button pressed. VFD shows revolutions per min even when spindle is not...

I set minimum frequency as you proposed (120Hz)... I thought it was due to spindle... but still don't understand how it can affect sensor... Sensor generates output voltage proportional to current...

Yes I had spindle grounded to ground of VFD.... Capacity of VFD is ok, it is 2.2kw, and spingle is 2.2kw.....
