So great news!!! I got it running!!!! So happy!!
Bad news is the z axis is just not right. It's too low. Seems to always goes up to low and sits on the metal way to low. It touches the table but...
Well I got the whole machine to run..shut it off and forgot to save my setting so the Z axis went back to red (LED) and couldn't find the table again. So sad. I was all ready to start the actual...
Hi Russ,
So I tested the z - home switch and found that it had the wrong pin assigned (getting smarter about testing:) ).
So now when I manually push on the z-sensor it does come on the...
[QUOTE=CNCMAN172;1916150]Look on the Diagnostics page the last tab. When you reference the Z axis it should start moving upward towards a home switch or a electronic sensor. These sensors come in...
Closer I will take:) so stupid question.. Where is the signal page and how do I manually press the switch. I did test it on the BOB and it lights up so I know it does work.

It might be easier to find the fuse at an automotive store like NAPA, Autozone, Advanced Auto, etc. Newer cars use flat looking fuses but the auto stores have the...
Is this it?
It's plugged into a 120
First paragraph yes we did all that. The green light does not come on when I power on. How do I check the fuses?@
Hello Russ,
We performed this task today (hopefully correctly).
The top black regulator (see picture) - LM7812C
We connected the voltage meter to the center pin to the top pin (4v) and then...

Hi Russ,
so I was able to remove the BOB. Here are the shots.
I believe he made the machine. They are step motors (attached pic) and it is a 4 axis table.
Ok. I will take the board out so we can see the entire board. That won't be too bad. Should be able to get that tomorrow.
Thank you again for your help.
Jenn
Ok I hope this helps in learning the issues.
That makes me feel better! thank you so much!
Stay tuned for photos soon. Will try and take as many to help as I can.
Russ - thank you! I will take a photo of the board that I can see. Hopefully it will help in guidance.
A few naive question (still learning lingo, and testing methods so sorry if this comes...

Those worked exactly as shown in the video. I checked pins 2-9. dir pins. I received...
