I used a telescoping magnet to help position the nuts in the middle of the pipe. I was able to position the nut under the hole and hold it there long enough to get the bolt threaded onto the nut.
I know this is an old thread but just thought someone might like to know how this story ended. Last week Inteligentry was shut down by the SEC for stock fraud. Surprise, surprise.
U.S. SECURITIES...
Outstanding
I blame quantum mechanics.
Seriously, most of these scammers steal terms from quantum mechanics to make up explanations for how their scams "could" work. In the middle of a long thread...
In many ways I think the funniest part of the whole thing is the Sterling Allan guy and his pesn.com site. He seriously wants to believe that free energy is possible and is sure that one of these...
Well the big day is here and this was posted on the PESWiki website which previously posted article after article about how wonderful this Inteligentry engine was going to be.
Inteligentry Poised...
It is only about a week until their big public display of a working machine on December 11th. I figure that on the 12th all of the major news networks will be leading with a story about the...
The web site promises next day delivery to a US address for $167. Sure, that is going to happen.
The strangest part is that they claim to only accept payment via wire transfer but then don't...
Here is a schematic for a stepper driver that will work with your bipolar steppers.

He also sells a bare board if you want to save some time and just buy the parts. You...
No, the videos do not mean that it works. The videos which show a running engine are faked. There is absolutely no way you can do anything to the sealed gas inside the cylinders which will generate...
Yes, we can be absolutely certain that it doesn't work. They hint at a fusion reaction. Even the sun cannot fuse two helium atoms. They spin the motor from an external energy source. The best guess...
Yes you can, I've done it. If you please send me a check I'll send you the instructions on how to make it work. ;)
The Sterling guy's site is really something. He really wants to believe that one of these free energy scams is real and seems to believe everything they feed him.
He has a page dedicated to people...
I love this gobbledygook:
This is a new system that crosses the previous borders the science of physics as it is part Fusion, fission and plasma working together utilizing elements of each to...
They claim it produces 400 Hp while consuming no fuel - no it is not real.
I love the part where he explains that this might be a form of cold fusion but until people pay him enough money to do the R&D he can't be sure.
You can buy stock but only until they show it to...
In the world of overunity power generation every day is April 1st. :)
This isn't a build log, I didn't have the patience to take pictures as we built it.
My wife & I build our first machine last year, the tabletop oomlout design from Instructables.com. It has been a...
I can't help you with bits with a 1/4" shaft but I have purchased a number of small endmills from these guys and have been very happy with them.

I believe that all of their stuff...
I had already purchased NEMA 23 bipolar steppers so I used his L297-298 controllers. I used his unpopulated boards but he has the images out there for someone who wants to do their own PCB's.
I'm...
There is a good deal of information about building your own electronics at PMinMO.com. I built one of his controllers and breakout board and have been happy with the results.
He sells bare boards...
He has an email link on the main page. Left side, bottom of the list.
I bought these:
STEWMAC.COM : Adapter Collet
I've been very happy with them.
There are several DIY breakout boards here.
PMinMO.com
I use one of his commercially produced bare boards and have been happy with it but he also has schematics for other designs.
I don't have an answer for a simpler design but I can say that I build three of the 1X297805 controllers and I've been happy with the result. The SMD capacitors worried me at first but they really...

I'm in the middle of building one, finished the mechanical parts yesterday and am getting ready to start on the electronics. There are some minor mistakes on the plan, holes which aren't shown, but...
