It was a combo of reversing some of my axis and reversing the neg zero. Finally starting to feel comfortable with the mill.

Got it,
You gotta set and enable your soft limits so the mill knows your table size. There is a great video on the mach page : ArtSoft USA - Video Tutorials Homing/Limits/Offsets
