Which limit switch? I have a upper a lower and a slowdown on the left side.

I keep getting a Z overtravel alarm. While attempting a reference return it will go above zero and trip out on a servo reading before hitting the overtravel limit switch..
How do you calibrate this...

Anyone have an idea as to the calibration method Dean was talking about?
