'Twilight Zone music playing" Version 22
Change line 222 from b to E for radius don't use small e for radius. If you still get crop circles change line 221 & 223 small y's to captial Y's. I don't why today I was setting up my post for ver...
you didn't give enough information such as what control is on your machine. Different controls need to see ?????? Whatever. Try providing all the info and someone will try to help. There are a...
In the post processor lines 221 and 223 deal with arcs. Some machines have trouble with arcs greater than 90 degrees. If you change the n's to y's it will help crop circles. You can always change...
Give Anilam a call they have some people that will help you. Here is number and name of the person that helped me with a problem like you have. Be sure to leave your name and number he will return...
Kevin,
Glad to hear that you have your machine running. You can't beat the service that Anilam's people provide. Great guys.
Have a great day.

Kevin,
Tim is correct in what he said. I don't have the 3200 control my machine uses the Anilam 1100, this thing actually had 2 batteries one was 3.7 volt lithum battery that plugged into the...
Sounds like it is one of two things. 1. There is a disc in the floppy disc drive. or 2. The back-up battery is dead. Since you say it is booted to "A>" (floppy disc drive)instead of "C>" the...
Puds,
This might be stupid but you never know.
When I read your first post you said: 1. press reset 2. press start then jog
On some machines in order to shut down the servos you push the...
Oh, I should have said that the nut that will be loose is under the timing belt pulley for the z-axis ball screw. You still have to loosen the servo motor so you can get the timing belt and pulley...
I had that problem with a Tree Millienium. Turned out to be the z-axis ball screw preload nut had loosen. You will need to lift the servo motor and check.
You might try a null cable adapter on the rs232 cable. I had to add one to my machine.
after the message "servos offline"
twist and pull out the red "emergency stop button" to reset
then push the reset button "softkey" should be labled reset
I have an anilam 1100 control when I get a message like that, it is usually the code that is being converted has line numbers before the line. It wants to do it's own numbering. For example: "1 g0...
Jeremy,
Most people buy a software program such as Vetric, Bobcad, or master cam depending on how deep your pockets are to gererate a 3-d model and the cam part of the program with the right post...
The way the lube system works is cam action supplied by a motor in the tank. The cam lifts the silver colored knob which is a spring loaded piston that sucks in the oil for about 1 and 1/2 inch or...
Sent you a Private Message. I hope some of the thoughts might help a little.

Check the z-axis ball screw mounting under the pulley. The nut that preloads the bearing sometimes works loose.
Burrman,
I guess the conversational control (Mid 90's) on my machine has me spoiled. It works similiar to the functions in Bobcad it ask a few questions and you define the geometry, tool sizes,...
Allen,
I'm not sure how to post a file in the forum. The file I'm talking about is "The 3D example" in both Vers 22 and 23 in the small book called "Getting Started Manual". In version 22 the 2D...
DonW,
Don I was told the same about Ver 22 the 1137 (or last I'm not sure about the #) that pocketing was fixed. I had a certain file that would never pocket correctly. It would always cut...
I'm working with the 3D example that came with version 23. I must be missing something. I used 3d rough to do the first toolpath with a .0500 allowance for xyz. The predator simulation showed that...

I'm still waiting for fixes for "version 22 update 1137". I was so aggravated with the 1137 update and suggested work arounds I stopped using the so called software (fix ware) and...
I remember reading a post a couple of years back about someone who had changed out an anilam control with a newer computer. He said, "with a lot of luck" or something to that extent. However,...

I have a question did you change out the original computer? If so what did you use to replace it with. The anilam control that I have uses a 486 style computer that is easy to...
I'd also like to find the correct wiring for the RS232 cable if anyone has that.
I don't have the wiring diagram for the control but to check if your rs232 port is good. Plug in a cable and...
I'm not familiar with the Dynapath 10 control but I had a old anilam control that the z-axis limit switches were bad. If you had the z-axis next to the mechanical upper limit when you homed the...
tobyaxis,
I've been a member here for 4 years and have only posted less than 20 times. My posts were only trying to help when I could. You were going off the deep end. Everyone knows when any...
tobyaxis,
I didn't think there was a negative remark in my post. I did say that V22 and vista was new and great! Maybe you should go back and read your posts about V22, those were the only...
