I can see a parameter in the material library editor called g_diameter which seems to marry up with the kerf...

Yup, its all there. The little black thing between the toroid and capacitor is a full wave rectifier. Up the top is 24V psu as well.

Unfortunately, The only way to work with these connectors is to use the proper crimp tool. The proper crimp tools will hold the pin in the tool, and you just insert the wire and squeeze.
