    I no longer get any responses from them. I agree when Tyler was there he was always very helpful. Sounds like they gave up on certain products or are struggling as a company. Not sure which.

    I would really like a dial and not a keypad. I got the shuttle to work but lost the configuration due to a computer change... it worked ok. Someday I may go back it and re-program it.

    Just a note. I could not get the jog distance to work using the down arrow. You need to have checked the "Keyboard Jog Requires Control Key" under the Jogging Settings menu.
