Gotten a bit further, after replacing the spindle drive it turned out that made no difference.......but when giving the M03 command and start turning the spindle by hand it actually start spinning -...

Where you ever able to figuring this one out ? - I'm having the same trouble with N*NCMD and everything else seem to be in working order.....

Just thought I'd give a small feedback on this one, as it turned out to be due to some loose connection on the DC rail going to the XYZ axis drivers......just for reference :)

PLC: ERROR 20

Is this error indicating a problem with the machine itself, or the TNC itself ?

Anyone have any idea what Error message 20 and 44 means ?.

This sits on a TOS FGSQ 32 cnc mill, and the head won't spin up after it moves over a reference point.
