Has anybody had "PLC119 HOOD FAULT" and "PLC57 HOOD REFERENCE" ?

Has anybody had this code? " PLC1 SPINDLE 1 NOT LOCKED"
My machine has stop and it wont move from there. We have made every attempt to make it work but it seems that the Machine is just dead......
