That's a per revolution feed rate. It can be changed in your post processor.

If you remove "zero_position_x" from "3. Tool change" and" 4. Null tool change" it seems to resolve the problem. Not real sure why it is there, it's not in the 4x post.

Have you tried backing off your machining tolerances until it will calculate. It sounds to me like your system is getting bogged down and tripping an error.
Just a thought.

I played a little with the adaptive pocketing. Everything looked good, simulated fine and then posted the toolpath 2" above the part. Could someone try a simple pocket with adaptive rough turned on...

Try setting predator to no parity. My acramatic 900 (Siemens) requires this. Just a thought.

If I remember correctly you have to draw your stock.
Also use "clean up and optimize" and possibly "erase doubles" in case there are any gaps or doubles in the geometry.

I noticed that there is no material showing in your cam tree, maybe go back and rerun the stock wizard to confirm the material you are working with.
