shottky diodes on original heiz controller

    Hi,

I have a old Heiz Zero-1 axis controller and need to replace the shottky diodes on 1 axis.
The marking on the diodes is T6 FE 2D which has not help me find the exact part I need and the dimensions are 3mm in diameter and 6.5 mm in length.
Could anyone give me information so I can order the right part.
I have some 1N5822 3A 40 V which are too big to fit in the existing holes but I believe would do the job if I filed the legs thin enough.
