We need help how to upload machine software and parameter files to machine Amada Europe 258 with Fanuc 18i-P.
We have machine files for Amada Europe 258 on SRAM disk:
A8DX_04.MEM
P903_01.PAR
P903_01.PMC
P903_01.TOL
M9X3_01.MEM
A8DX_04.MEM and M9X3_01.MEM uploading is successful, but we can not upload .PAR, .PMC and .TOL files. When try to upload .PAR, .PMC and .TOL files in the machine we receive error SRAM0_5A.FDB NOT FOUND
Any help?
Should we convert .PAR, .PMC and .TOL to .FDB file and how?

The PAR, .PMC and .TOL files have to be loaded via the RS232 port not the Boot mode

You mean that we have to upload only MEM files through boot mode? Than how to proceed to loading via the RS232?
We do not receive main screen of the machine after loading MEM files.

I can't see the attached files. What problem did you have that made you believe that you needed to load these files? The MEM files are stored in FLASH memory and don't need to be loaded.

Pmc file is pmc parameter
Tol file is tool setting
Mem file is flash memory file

During replace of the monitor screen, we have disconnected battery. From this point we have lost main machine screen, with Amada logo and all other options. On normal start up we have black screen. On service start up we have system main menu with options as 1. system data loading 2. system data check............

There is a way to replace the screen without removing the battery.
If you lost option, You should contact to Amada

I agree with "drdos". You must be doing something wrong. If you cannot see anything on the screen, how do you know you lost the memory? There are some LEDS in the yellow case, in the back of the screen on the main pcb. Would you please send some photographs?

HI,
Here is what we see on the leds behind the screen.
Due to covid restriction it was not possible to get Amada assistance on site and we have decided to make the change of the monitor screen by ourselves, and we have problem now. Now screen is working, but machine is not working.

HI,
Finally we have succed to revert back the main machine software and screen.
We have uploaded SRAM0_5A.FDB from other Amada Europe 258 - same machine and now we have main screen back.
Up to now successfully loaded in the machine:
A8DX_04.MEM
M9X3_01.MEM
Can we have instruction how to load original par, pmc and tol files:
P903_01.PAR
P903_01.PMC
P903_01.TOL
