    Chinese laser warranty Value

If the chinese company that you purchased you laser had a US service center that stocked parts and could troubleshoot problems at board level what would it be worth to you in the price of the laser.

    Thanks

I do not own a laser system at present, but I personally would not purchase a laser system from anyone who did not have spare parts on the shelf, and who did not offer board level repairs, spare parts, honor the factory warranty, and offer telephone support after the warranty period.

My reasoning: I have been in the electronics business 40 years, and expect the same standards of service from a Chinese or other laser manufacturer that I offered to my customers these many years. Anything less than the above, takes advantage of the customers. Without support and spare parts reasonably priced, they will not be loyal or repeat customers. Also, they will tell all their friends the experiences they have had (good and bad) in dealings with the company. In nearly all situations, bad experiences travel by word of mouth much faster than good experiences.

    Just my 2 cents.

That is the only way I buy mine. Too risky otherwise.

    Thumbs up

I personally would not Buy another China made piece of junk. If you want a guarintee I can just take a dump in a box and mark it guarinteed then you would have a guarinteed piece of crap. Same as china lasers. I learned the hard way I spent over $2000 on one last year and only got to use it for 20 days. The guarintee is just a marketing ploy to get you to buy the product. anyone want a guarinteed piece of China junk I will sell my one for $500 and you pick it up. That is what I think of the guarintee.

We really have warranty. It is not document. It is our promise. We must make
sure some spare parts work well in 8 month,12 month, 24 month etc.

If it can not, we have to change it freely. no need assembling cost, no need transportation cost,

Maybe the buyer can buy one spare laser tube, one set or mirrors, one power supply
