Hello,

This is my first laser cutter so still getting up to speed... I purchased a used G.Weike LG500 (2013) but am having problems getting the software working. I think I am trying to use an incompatible version of Lasercut 5.3 - as the DLL version reads 4.1.2.2 and the version of the firmware 4.1.3.0

Does anyone know how to solve this? or where to download the correct software?

As I recall I had one of those machines and it used an older version of the program, like 3.3 or something like that. The G.Weike website should have a downloads area, otherwise there was a Rep on here maybe she can help?

we try to send new software to you but it was regards as virus and refused ,here is our website download link ,you can download by yourself
