Please help me setting origin.

Hello, I recently started to do maintenance on an Okuma Howa 438 machine with Fanuc 18M C series control, this machine has a problem of loss of Fanuc control parameters, the magazine does not work either, I was looking and I realize that the servo gives me a alarm E 101 and in the manual it tells me that the servomotor needs to be changed, I don't know if you have similar problems.
