Hello, I have a Techno HDS CNC router with an OSAI controller. The machine's issue is that it consistently displays the error code (Y axis servo error) EE0011. The error occurs while the machine is running, idle, or moving the gantry.

I frequently try to restart the system, look for any weak connection in the cables on the y axis of both drives, unhook the cables, blow the connectors using compressed air, and then re-plug. but the error still occurs.

The x-axis motor vibrates or generates noise while at idle, which is the second problem. The noise is not overly loud, but it is audible.

Please provide us some advice on what else we should check on the system to diagnose the issue.

Could easily be the axis motor, have it checked out.

In my experience with osai, could be mechanical, belts, cables, drive or motor. Does your axis have a linear scale? It may be dirty causing oscillation and noise.

the servo motors fixed with a gear reducer. The error comes on even at idle on the y axis motor.
the sound / noise comes from x axis servo motor the vibration also touch to feel while the x axis at idle.

Swap x-axis and y x-axis wires retrace
