Hi here is it:

42 SPINDLE PARAMETER MALFUNCTION

Cause
The parameters that have been transferred from the NC unit to the spindle amplifier during NC power-on are not correct.

Action
Require Mazak Technical Center or Technology Center to re-set the spindle parameters.

There should be a data along with the alarm .

42 SPINDLE PARAMETER MALFUNCTION (****,************,***). Check in the diagnosis screen.
Also please check the 7 segment led status on power supply drive and spindle drive unit

here is: MDS-C1-SPH-185 that is flashing starts with 37 and F4

The status you mentioned is that on spindle drive unit. 37 can occur due to multiple issues
1) if power supply drive is not working
2) If the communication cable is faulty.
3) If the communication out port (CN1B) of previous drive is faulty from which connection comes to CN1A of spindle drive unit
4) If there is a parameter error in spindle axis.

Hence to better understand, would need the LED status on other drive units.
