    Hello
I’d like to make chuck collets for ER32 chucks. Could anybody tell me what dimensions I have to turn (diameter, angle)? I have already tried to find something in the internet but without success.

You just should measure available one. It’s not difficult
But why do you want to make them yourself?

ER32 has 8°. You may calculate the rest on your own

I was wondering how you got on with this? Did you measure an existing collet and manage to replicate it? I've seen some similar projects on home engine model machinist.
