Dear All,

I have problem during Homing of Machine, Homing of Z-axis is fine, follow by X-axis then the problem occurred, machine stop.

Already check and bypass the safety mats, didn't find any solution for the error.

Error show - PLC 9010 > Cycle stop from RH safety area device
PLC 9943 > if the machine remains in suspension, reset the safety mats by pressing one of the area selection buttons or the power button.

Need help !

Does we can disable the safety mat ... (please i know what i am doing and people who just want to answer ....whoua ! you are crazy disabling the mat ... just don't answer ...)

Find the input in the schematics, get the module number and check to see if it is true. (light for input is on), then remove the wire.

Its probably the mesh guards.... but they are jumped out on your machine.

input 58189 Violation of left working area. I think thats it. Check your module 10 on the machine chassis.

How have you disabled the mats?
If you have bridged the cables going into the mats (and you have done that correctly) you may have a faulty mat control module.

Did you manage to get a fix for this issue? I am faced with the same problem, I am certain all my mats are working correctly though as we have tested them and watched the control modules etc. everything seems to be in working order??

Please let me know how and if you managed to overcome this issue!
