I am using line grinder also, and it works great, but I have the most diffiucult time getting it to understand the origin, when I export from DesignSpark. It basically just puts the origin where it feels like, and this causes problems, especially when cutting out the board after final routing and drilling.

has anyone run into this? I have been searching all of google, with no good answer....seems to be broken in the software.

    Hi,
I have installed program but when I try to open a gerber file it gives message "Unhandled exception ... Object referenece not set to an instance of object". If it try to continue it just seems to hang. My Gerber was created by PADs PowerPCB which produces RS274-X gerber code with the aperature macros turned off. Has anyone got any clues as to why this is happening ? Cheers, Chris
