    Mori mv40 24v troubleshoot

    I been working on a mv40 w/ yasnac mx3 control circa 1989.
    Here is the issue.
When booting up there is multiple errors , It comes down to the 24NC circuit. If booted while holding emergency release and atc button on the side-it boots up with 000 spindle alarm only. Otherwise I get no 24v throught the nc24 circuit. I have switched power supplys to no avail (cpu10nb). I get no output voltage from CN11 at the power supply during normal startup.
Could this be a Thermal relay as the fan on the spindle as it was froze? and replaced. Please help!

Again, did you check the bridge rectifier coming off the 30VAC transformer?

    Update

Checked Rec 1 and 2, tested OK. I can get the 24nc power and that activates the servos and oil cooler. However I get a 000 servo alarm and no charge light on the inverter- I pulled the chassis and checked the the trysistors, etc. OK-
There is a rec marked C1 on the prints, I don't know if that is the same as rec1. I can't locate any others?
