Great work Tony. Please keep sending the photos as the project progresses.

Wow! That is some nice work. It is going to look even more amazing once it is all polished up. Thinking of anodizing some of the parts?
(Note: The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not necessarily those of CNCzone and its management)

Tony,
Very nice.
One thing RotarySMP did not say is that it is a unwritten law here on the zone that once you start posting pictures you can't stop until it is completed, and you have to explain each step with great detail
Hello Tony,
Very nice work!
How do you make the cores for your manifolds?
I do some casting myself, but did not have much success with the combination of small diameter and complicated shapes of cores. Can you share your experiences on this?
And as the owner of 2 italian cars, I must say you have not done the job by making an engine that just looks good, it must also sound gorgeous! So keep us updated.
BTW: I could hear your motor by clicking at the picture here:

But I could not see anything!?

Tony, i always like that model and it looks like you are off to a good start. I haven't priced the castings in NA in a long time but it would probably be scary!
keep the photos coming
hello Mcgyver
no is not scary you can see the prieces on this web page :

yea, ok maybe not that bad, but bad enough. Then again compared to other entertainment its still just pennies an hour. I want to build the corliss but it's # 675 on the project list. i bought the corliss plans awhile ago, and if the challenger plans are anywhere near as good, you must be very pleased.
ok Mcgyver .
ask me if you have need of help . and they are happy for helping you
((I hope in my English))
