    Citizen F-20 Turret Alignment

I recently purchased a Citizen F-20. I noticed that the turrets are off alignment by being rotated slightly (usually from a previous crash). I have done this type of alignment on other citizens, but this one is different enough that I would like to have some guidance before I go tearing into it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are 5 6mm scerws under the number plate on each turret.
Break them loose and you can tap the turret back into alignment.

bmngator, thanks for the info. How do you indicate the turret into alignment? Given that the bushing and the turrets move together in Z, it is hard to get an indicator in there to align with. The only thing I have thought about is putting a piece of ground stock through the bushing and clamp it into a drill holder while the turret is at X0.0. You could then just clamp it down. Does this sound like it would work?

I use a mag base cylinder that i put where i have removed a tool holder. I put a mag base indicator on the guide bushing housing and tram X + & -. If you have a cross drill holder you can do the same thing by indicating a drill blank mounted in it.
