    Attempting to learn Madcam

I thought I would try something simple just to see if I could produce usable code.

    Particulars:

Cutting a cylinder out of a block.
Both cylinder and block are centered around the X axis
    Post processor is Mach3_inch_4-axis

The toolpath that I get cuts the lower 3/4s out leaving no toolpath from 315 degrees around to 45 degrees.

    Any hints?

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

From looking at the bmp, it almost looks as if your rotational limits are set for less than a 360 rotation. Can you check that and see if that is the case?

I just talked with Joakim about this issue and he informed me that this was in fact a bug that has been fixed in service release 2.
